South Korea accepts those who choose to resettle in the South, but North Korea often says its people are held against their will in the South and demand they be returned.A coast guard ship found the boat south of the sea border upon a report by a fishing boat and the four people on board identified themselves as North Koreans, coast guard officials said. South Korea’s military said it secured the custody of the North Koreans in coordination with the coast guard, after chasing their boat along the two Koreas’ eastern sea border. The statement said the North Koreans were suspected of defecting to South Korea but gave no further details.South Korea’s Unification Ministry confirmed an investigation of the North Koreans was underway but refused to provide details.More than 30,000 North Koreans have fled to South Korea to avoid poverty and political oppression since the late 1990s. D | 依托“侃侃青年创新工作室”设立大企业“量身定制”服务座谈室，建立联席服务座谈机制，实现政策及时传递、诉求及时收集、事项及时协调、疑难及时解决。通过与企业负责人、财务人员面对面交流，收集梳理企业税费政策需求热点，为企业量身定制“一企一策”税费政策大礼包。今年以来，已为21家大企业开展了量身定制服务，制定专属方案和风险应对提醒，解决纳税人实际业务问题12项，举办点对点分类分级培训6次，以高质量税企协同助力大企业完善税务内控，防范涉税风险，税务服务大企业质效持续提升。 特色服务广覆盖，助力中小企业绽放活力。
E | 根据辖区企业特点，组建中小企业服务团队，创新推出服务举措，做到政策推送专人负责、问题咨询精准解答、诉求回应及时高效。连山区税务局组织“税惠助农小队”，走进田间地头，因地制宜送政策、访需求、兴产业，全面助力种植业发展。绥中县税务局将办税“前线”与政策“后方”互融互通，组建“一线”税务服务志愿团队，开展“一对一”辅导、“面对面”交流，通过主动对接中小企业，开展“送政策、问需求、解难题”行动，为中小企业提供精准服务。经济开发区税务局成立“经税青宣”志愿服务队，深入园区企业，制作实用易懂的税费政策操作指引，向法人代表、财务人员、办税人员分类别进行辅导，做到分事项办事提醒，分类别精准辅导。截至目前，全市税务系统面向中小企业已开展定向定制服务65次，解决企业问题96个，持续助力中小企业轻装上阵、绽放活力。
