D | 金磊以市场销量持续走高的宇树机器人为例介绍，此前通过京东平台售出的产品若出现故障，需全程寄回杭州总部维修，包装、运输都是问题，非常麻烦。为了能实现小问题上门修，京东与不同的机器人生产厂家联合在各地培养了工程师。如果有了程序、换件等大问题怎么办？“我们在全国机器人销售多的8个地区建立了维修中心，培养了一批专业维修师。”金磊说，比如西部地区的机器人，如果坏了不用送往杭州，可以就近在西安修理。在一线维修工程师眼中，机器人产业的迭代速度也在倒推运维能力升级。“机器人早已不是大型玩具了。”金磊坦言，当下机器人的智能化水平正在快速提升，价位越高的产品搭载的传感器数量越多，如同人类感官系统一样持续采集海量外界数据，内部AI处理与运动控制能力必须同步跟上。不同产品的硬件架构差异显著，有些机器人配备一个主板，有些则配备运控板、算力板等不同主板，对维修人员的技术能力提出了更高要求。
