Like even if I’ve got a pimple, I’ll cry."               See Also: Alia Bhatt’s family reacts to pictures of Alia and Ranbir Kapoor’s supposed wedding card。    抚顺市人大常委会机关始终把深入学习贯彻落实党的二十大精神摆在首位，用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂，深刻把握雷锋精神的时代内涵，让雷锋精神在人大常委会机关落地生根，用实际行动为打好打赢新时代“辽沈战役”，奋力实现抚顺全面振兴新突破贡献人大力量。         　　加强政治建设，牢牢把握机关党建方向。市人大机关始终把牢思想行动“总阀门”。认真落实“第一议题”制度，全面学习领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，推动人大机关党员干部深刻领会精神实质、核心要义和实践要求。充分发挥机关党组理论学习中心组示范带头作用和党员领导干部领学促学作用，以党的创新理论统揽和指导人大机关工作，上半年共开展集中学习8次。扎实开展市人大机关党纪学习教育，召开党纪学习教育读书班暨理论学习中心组专题学习会议，深入学习习近平总书记关于党的自我革命的重要思想，逐章逐条学习《中国共产党纪律处分条例》，持续推进全面从严治党，营造风清气正的良好政治生态和干事创业氛围。组织各党支部通过“三会一课”、主题党日等形式，开展集中学习和自学，不断推动理论学习往深里走、往实里走、往心里走。         　　突出活动牵引，不断提升为民服务质量。深入开展市人大机关党支部与村党组织“结对共建　聚力攻坚”专项行动，机关13个党支部，落实“四下基层”制度，积极主动对接，与村党组织围绕“强党性、夯基础、助发展、转作风”等方面开展“一对一”结对共建，在共建过程中同学、互帮、共促。开展“岗位学雷锋 领航实好干”“万名党员进社区 助力省运促振兴”“心系群众履职尽责，争做雷锋式人民好代表”主题活动。

二 | 推动人大机关学雷锋志愿服务活动常态化，70余名机关干部进社区百余次，为困难群众送去生活用品，为群众办实事、解决问题。2023年，市人大机关在“学雷锋示范点”“学雷锋示范岗”和“学雷锋标兵”评选中均榜上有名。         　　加强队伍建设，持续夯实党建工作根基。牢牢把握人大“四个机关”定位要求，通过建章立制做到学习有依据、活动有安排、工作见成效。机关23名领导干部参加“千名干部进千企 服务振兴新突破”专项行动，今年以来先后为企业发放《助企惠企政策摘编》20余本、推送政策40余次、答疑解惑30余次，人大机关选派干部以实际行动赢得企业的信任和赞誉。

三 | 创新开展教培模式，持续开展“周末大讲堂”活动10余次，将“请进来”“自己谈”“走出去”“受教育”有机结合，达到了“见实效”的目的。严格落实中央八项规定及其实施细则精神，紧盯重要节点、岗位及“四风”新动向，关注群众身边腐败和作风问题，执行“八不准”，在重要节日发出廉政提醒。严格执行厉行节约条例，落实“过紧日子”要求，推动节约型机关建设。         　　市人大常委会党组成员、秘书长，市人大常委会机关党组书记赵兴骏说：“市人大常委会机关认真贯彻落实党的二十大和二十届二中、三中全会精神，持续开展‘岗位学雷锋 领航实好干’主题实践活动，引领和激励党员、干部担当实干，争先创优，着力打造政治坚定、服务人民、尊崇法治、发扬民主、勤勉尽责的人大机关队伍，努力把人大机关建设成为让党委放心、让人民群众满意的政治机关、权力机关、工作机关和代表机关，为助推抚顺实现全面振兴新突破作出积极贡献。”                    责任编辑：刘春阳。
